2020 Participating Real Estate Broker Application

Below please find the NPI Participating Real Estate- Broker Application. One application is allowed per real estate company. Please be sure to complete the entire application and submit it with the requested information, documents and payment. Incomplete applications will not be considered or reviewed. NPI reserves the right to reject any application.

The following information must be completed in order to become eligible as a participating broker with Nevada Partners, Inc.

    1. Your company and your staff will attend NPI trainings as required. Agents who don't attend will not be certified to assist clients and will be taken off the list of participating agents.
    2. The broker/manager will commit to makeing certain that agents are providing quality service.
    3. The broker/manager will work with NPI to address any concerns or issues that NPI might have about a transaction or realtor dispute.
    4. The broker/manager agrees to continue providing training to agents on fair housing.
    5. Brokers and agents will be professional to both NPI staff and clients at all times, and NPI has the right to terminate any working relationship without cause.
    6. Brokers and agents will adhere to all NPI guidelines.
    7. Brokers and agents will not advertise any NPI down payment assistance programs.
    8. In serving clients, brokers and agents will follow these steps:
      1. Locate homes for our clients. after a client has been fully qualified by an NPI Staff,
      2. Prepare purchase agreement to NPI guidelines which can include WISH, IDA, HOME and Housing Partnership.
      3. Provide NPI and lender With a fully executed contract within 24 hours.
      4. Ensure that home inspections and appraisals are requested and completed within the due diligence period. NPI programs require a Home Inspection.

    No-Marketing Agreement:

    Loan officers, realtors, and any party in real estate transaction with Nevada Partners understand that they are participating in the process of assisting clients in their home buying transaction.

    The professional's sole purpose is to assist the client with their expertise and help prepare the clients to become homebuyers or otherwise address their personal housing needs. Therefore, your company/organization agrees not to market any product, service, business, or program through any type of media to include but not limited to: flyers, radio talk shows, television advertising, talk shows, or at any participating property of the Culinary or Bartenders Housing Partnership Fund. Nevada Partners does not allow program information to be used for the purposes of promoting or marketing any product, service, business, program or any other business purpose.
